With Diet-to-Go, you need to sign up for a new account and complete a short survey that determines your BMI based on the information you share. If you live inside one of the company’s pickup areas, you can sign up to pick up your meals every day or regularly. Those who live outside of these areas need to pay for delivery. You can expect to lose up to four pounds in your first few weeks as you enjoy meals of between 1,200 and 1,600 calories.
Diet-to-Go lets you choose plans that give them five days of meals each week or seven meals a week. You’ll also need to pick between getting two or three meals a day. The plans that include two meals ask you to pick a healthy breakfast. With the three meal plans, you get breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. Diet-to-Go also requires that you pick from one of the four diet options: diabetic, vegetarian, low-carb or balance. The balance plan was the first one that the company offered and is suitable for most dieters.
