In the third stage of the diet plan, you get help reaching your ideal goal weight and sticking to that weight.
The South Beach Diet asks you to make foods twice a week while following the plan. This ensures that you can make healthy decisions and follow the plan. During the third phase, you’ll work with a diet consultant to find new dishes to cook that will help you maintain your healthy weight. The company will no longer ship meals to you when you reach this stage.
